Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and management from Rutgers University, Ebony was hired at KSTF in April 2013 with a wealth of marketing knowledge. Following the successful completion of three internships with Ford Motor Company, she accepted a full-time position with the company as a zone manager in the Pittsburgh Region of the Ford Customer Service Division. In this role, she met parts sales objectives and acted as a consultant to the owners of approximately 12 Ford dealerships. Ebony left this position to begin full-time graduate studies.

She was later hired as an associate product marketing manager at Metrologic Instruments, where she was responsible for maintaining the success of the company’s hand-held bar code scanners. Roughly one year later, Ebony transitioned to a new role on the marketing communications team. As marketing communications manager for Metrologic (and later Honeywell Scanning & Mobility), Ebony managed public relations, the in-house creative agency and new product introduction. She also served as copywriter for both internal and external communications. Immediately before joining KSTF, Ebony worked as a senior marketing communications specialist for Sonepar USA.

In her current role, Ebony writes copy for various projects, including the company website and new marketing collateral. She also assists with development efforts and drives media coverage by writing and publishing press releases about the happenings of the organization, conducting media outreach and managing KSTF’s social media presence.

Born and raised in Detroit, Mich., Ebony is a transplant to the state of New Jersey. She now lives in Winslow Township with her husband and their cat, Coco Chanel.
